Notes
  • The General Fund, conceived and started by Larry Gotuaco, has been established in memory of deceased classmates and on behalf of "survivors". It is meant to grow as an indivisible whole and the name of an additional donor will be listed according to the donor's request. At present, the fund exists for deceased classmates Robert Yao, Buddy Paez, William Yam, Joe Guevara, Pete Suzara, Fr. Carlos Abesamis, S.J., Evan Garcia and Ben Lara and for "survivors" Boy Bautista, Totoy Llamas, Cery Abad, Teddy Benedicto and Pandot Ocampo.
  • The table includes P100 that Emy Ramos deposited in order to open our bank account.
  • Jimmy Padilla's donation was also made on behalf of deceased classmates Bien Vera Cruz and Mike Uy.
  • On July 17 a check for a further $1200 was turned over to GK. This was Ted Montemayor's donation, and with the expected receipt from ANCOP USA Ted, being a Boeing retiree, will try to get a matching donation from Boeing.
  • The hoped for matching donation from Boeing USA to Ted's $1200 check will not happen, it was recently learned. Reason being Ted's check was written out in favor of ANCOP Foundation, not ANCOP USA, which is the entity authorized to receive tax-deductible donations in the States. Actually Ted's check was deposited to the class' USD account in Manila, and a Bank Cashier's Check was subsequently issued to ANCOP Foundation as erroneously instructed by Gawad Kalinga. Costly error.
